RETURN

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we constantly strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another model within 30 days of receiving your order.

The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The goods must be unworn and unwashed.

The goods must have all the original tags.

We also take back all goods that were offered at a discount without any problems.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

	Start the return process by contacting us at return@kusoworld.com and stating the reason for the return.
	Place the original packed items in the shipping box. Enclose a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email of your order and note (if desired) the new size or item you wish to return. (Important note: We cannot guarantee that all items and sizes are in stock for exchange).
	For Switzerland only - Peel off the supplied return label you get with the delivery and stick it on the well-sealed box. For all other countries - Send the return to the address you received by e-mail (including the tracking number you get from us). We kindly ask for your understanding that Kuso World cannot refund the costs for the return shipment.
	For Switzerland only - These items can be posted easily and free of charge at all Swiss Post acceptance points throughout Switzerland. Please make sure to keep the proof of delivery you get from the Swiss Post acceptance points.
	As soon as the return has been checked with us, you will immediately receive your money back or your new item will be shipped at no extra cost (depending on reason of return) .

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 working days of receipt of your return.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Import duties/taxes and customs duties are non-refundable.
